Activity reflects the latest connection from the MilMap app. “Recently active” means activity within the past five minutes; actions on an offline device are processed when it reconnects.

Register allowed devices manually, via CSV or through the MDM API and choose whether access is restricted to those devices. Your MDM integration and any additional sign-in requirements are agreed together.
